This Shipping Policy describes how eeviedarke.com processes, ships, and tracks print orders. (Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally and do not ship — you'll receive a download link by email at checkout.) By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Processing & Shipping Times

Print books are made to order through our print partner. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3-5 business days, after which standard carrier transit times apply. When your order ships, you'll receive an email (and SMS, if you opted in) with the carrier and tracking number.

Shipping Regions & Costs

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries worldwide — books print at the facility nearest you, and available rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination. US orders over $49 ship free (contiguous US).

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We're not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Orders

Delivery times vary by destination. All prices are in USD; your bank handles any currency conversion. Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or "Delivered but Not Received"

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry. We'll help where we can, but we can't refund or replace packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

Damaged in Transit

If your books arrive damaged, see our Returns & Refund Policy — contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last Updated" date above will reflect any changes.
