What We Collect & Why

Device information — collected automatically via cookies, log files, and pixels to load the Site correctly and understand how it's used (browser, IP address, time zone, pages and products viewed, search terms, interactions). Order information — collected from you to fulfill your order: name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address, and (if provided) phone number. Used to process payment, arrange delivery, send confirmations, screen for fraud, and — with your consent — send you marketing. Support information — what you share when you contact us, kept so we can resolve your issue and keep a record of our correspondence.

Who We Share It With (service providers)

We share Personal Information only with the providers that help us run the store:

• BookFunnel — delivery of digital files (ebooks/audiobooks)
• BookVault — printing and fulfillment of print books
• Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement (Meta Pixel)

We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect our rights.

Behavioural Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to deliver and measure advertising. You can opt out via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads), Google (https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous), or the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info). Our cookie consent banner also lets you decline marketing cookies, which prevents the pixel from firing for you.
